Snow Moon Dinner - Surf & Turf
Join us on Saturday, February 15th for an elegant evening of fine food and beautiful art celebrating the Snow Moon. Be sure to bring your sweetheart for an experience that you will not forget! All courses are served with your choice of red or white wine that is specifically chosen to pair with your meal.
Suggested formal attire, or, something a bit more than causal.
Blouses, dresses, and suits or ties are welcome -but not required.
Opening Course: Charcuterie appetizers along with dinner rolls and butter
Second Course: Beet & goat cheese salad served over spring greens finished with candied walnuts and champagne vinaigrette
Third Course: Pan-seared scallops in brown butter served over creamy white wine linguini (GF option rice noodles)
Vegetarian option: Sauteed mushroom medley in brown butter served over creamy white wine linguini (GF option rice noodles)
Main Course: Grilled Beef Tenderloin finished with thyme & rosemary butter served with garlic mashed potatoes & sauteed broccolini
Vegetarian option: Grilled Butternut squash steak finished with thyme & rosemary butter served with garlic mashed potatoes & sauteed broccolini
Dessert: Flourless hazelnut chocolate cake topped with house-made whipped cream, hazelnut praline & fresh raspberries.
